Position: Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, CSW, AMFT, ACMHC, Interns)
Location: Jordan West Family Counseling, West Jordan, Utah
Schedule: Varying hours and shifts, including the possibility of a hybrid schedule with HIPAA-compliant Zoom sessions
Supervision: Available as needed

Responsibilities - Brief Narrative
At Jordan West Family Counseling, we are seeking compassionate and skilled therapists to join our team in West Jordan, Utah. Our therapists play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to individuals, couples, families, and groups navigating life's challenges. The key responsibilities of our therapists include:

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and legal requirements, including HIPAA.
• Document and maintain client records with timely and accurate notes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan or coordinate treatment.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
