Qualifications
What we look for in applicants:

  • Master's degree from an accredited university or professional school of Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Appropriate UT-State licensure: An active, current UT license is required.
  • Must reside in Utah
  • Commitment to work a minimum of 20 and maximum of 30 client session hours per week


What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Provide individual, couples and family therapy sessions to a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly.
  • Document client progress and adjust client treatment plans as needed.
  • Utilize different clinical approaches such as Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, Trauma repair, etc.
  • Attend weekly Supervision if unlicensed
  • Attend Staff meetings

Schedule Options: Clinical sessions run Monday through Friday, 7 am to 10 pm, Telehealth and in-person, though all Telehealth will be done in office.
Client Population: Here at Vibrant Life Therapy, we get referrals for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression, trauma. Are you passionate about working with a specific population or age group? We will work with you to ensure that each client that is placed with you will fit your clinical scope.
Compensation: W-4 position. Pay will vary based on a few factors including the number of clients you see each week, financial agreement between Vibrant Life Therapy and the employee, and individual cases to be discussed with the Owner and Clinical Director of Vibrant Life Therapy.
