LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW

Compensation:
Industry leading compensation model, allowing for the ability to maximize earnings for the time spent with clients. Revenue share model plus bonus compensation, allowing you to fully maximize your income while having the autonomy to coordinate your own schedule. We want to provide freedom to providers to practice their craft at the top of their license. We partner with you as an independent contractor which provides you with exceptional benefits and allows you to practice with freedom.

  • Increases over time in percentage of revenue share.
  • Increased percentage of revenue share when you see clients above the weekly minimum.
  • CME allowance for specialized training in an area of your choice.
  • Annual bonuses based on total clinical hours.

Responsibilities and Job Description:

  • Formulate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete
    ongoing documentation including further diagnosis adjustment, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to state, insurance, and company policy.
  • Ability to work both in-office and via telehealth from home, based on client/counselor need.
  • Provide excellent client service and collaborate with an engaging team to meet and fulfill our mission.
  • Use creative and evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Meet regulatory requirements for documentation and submission of treatment plans and notes.
  • Coordinate care and service with all key stakeholders and other resources as needed to
    best serve the client and give the clinicians/counselors wrap around support.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
  • Demonstrating respect and compassion in all staff and community relationships.
  • Assist in the detection of “at risk” clients and develop of plans to prevent further health
    complications.
  • Able to adapt services to language and cultural preferences; and promote diversity among the providers working in teams.
  • Remain knowledgeable on current federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Current License in Idaho as mental health professional (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, etc) with requisite education.
  • Commitment to providing next level service, bringing unique ideas to the table to better serve our clients and community.
  • Required experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstration of appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (TheraNest experience a plus!).
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prefer candidates that are fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC) with a valid state of Idaho License. Will work with the right candidate to get Idaho licensure.
  • Preferred experience with couples, families and/or individuals.
  • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation.
  • Current credentialing with insurance panels is a big benefit.
