Therapist

*Currently offering Student Loan reimbursement and relocation assistance*

Havenwood Academy is a premiere residential treatment center (clients live at our facility for a year) for teen girls who have been abused or neglected.

We offer a world-class, private-pay level of care for a public pay client. We don't believe in change because of behavior modification. We create change through relationships and trauma-focused treatment.

Our core values are Grit, Growth, Trusting Relationships, and Extreme Ownership. If you exhibit these traits and are licensed or seeking a license, please apply. The job is dynamic, expanding, hard, and fulfilling.

At Havenwood you will be exposed to and master powerful therapy interventions and learn how to treat individuals, families, and larger systems. Being a therapist at Havenwood will make you a world-class therapist able to thrive in any treatment environment. You will be a part of equine therapy, neurofeedback, EMDR, DBT, Brainspotting, ART therapy, and even Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. We are cutting edge.
