Tobacco & Opioid Use Disorder Study

About the Study:

We are currently inviting people who have been diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and are receiving methadone as a part of their prescribed treatment, smoke cigarettes, and want to learn new coping strategies to participate in this study.

Participation in research is always your decision and completely voluntary. This study will not ask you to change your current treatments or medications; it is only intended to give you additional tools to help you cope with your addiction and stress.

Participant Eligibility:

Over 18 years of age
Currently prescribed and receiving methadone treatment
Currently smoke cigarettes

 

Participant Compensation:

 

Financial compensation for completing the study procedures

Possibility to receive free therapeutic treatment sessions
