About Us
Eastern Sierra Counseling is a small but comprehensive behavioral health clinic serving the rural communities of California’s Eastern Sierra. Founded and led by a dedicated UofU MSW/LCSW who is a strong advocate for both patients and providers, our mission is to expand access to high-quality mental health care in underserved areas.
We are seeking motivated and dependable, psychologists, licensed psychotherapists, and associates working toward licensure to join our growing team.

Why Join Us?

Unmatched Flexibility

Our providers set their own schedules. We handle all billing and scheduling around your availability so you can focus fully on clinical care — and maintain the work-life balance you deserve.

Exceptional Earning Potential

Experienced psychologists and therapists working an average of 20 clinical hours per week earn over $155,000 annually. We offer some of the most competitive compensation available for an insurance-based practice.

Collaborative, Integrated Team

Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists, ensuring patients have access to comprehensive care — even in one of the most rural regions of the country.

Mission-Driven Work
You will be part of a model actively addressing systemic access gaps in rural mental health care. Our program has even been recognized as part of the solution in the documentary The Paradise Paradox.
