Job Summary
Our Behavioral Health Clinic is in Midvale (8446 S Harrison Street Midvale, UT 84047) where we serve people from all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. We are designed to provide early career and recently graduated therapists with the training, supervision, and support needed to become skilled, competent, confident clinicians. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare setting, where you will receive hands-on experience while being mentored by experienced professionals. We are especially seeking candidates passionate about:

  • Trauma-Informed Care
  • Adjustment & Mood Disorders
  • Diversity & Culturally Responsive Therapy

Your Role & Responsibilities:
✔ Provide evidence-based therapy

✔ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs

✔ Maintain accurate clinical documentation to ensure high-quality care

What You’ll Get:

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field (or expected completion before start date).
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Utah (CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, LMHC, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Between $58,000-$62,000/year.
  • Health Insurance & Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision.
  • Licensing & Professional Development: Malpractice insurance and licensing testing and fees are covered.
  • Student Loan Repayment: All time employed will count toward the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program (link). Fully licensed therapists are eligible for the NHSC Scholarship Program (link).
  • Retirement Savings: Employer-matched IRA.
  • Work-Life Balance: 2 weeks of annual time off per year; 8 federal and company paid holidays.
