Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide counseling and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients to develop treatment plans and implement therapeutic techniques to promote their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychotherapy sessions (can included individual, couples, family therapy and group therapy based on your preference).
  • Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Be willing and able to collaborate with clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collect data and document progress in client records.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
  • Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
