Full-Time Therapist 

Actually Connect Counseling is seeking a dynamic and driven CSW to join our team! We are seeking a graduate level therapist working towards licensure who is interested in trauma and wants to work from an attachment and trauma perspective. This therapist will work with children, teens, adults and some couples. We are looking for therapists who are professional with a good understanding of ethics, good clinical experience, and who can work well with our great team.

In our unique business model we provide a business planning track for second year clinicians who may be interested in starting their own practice someday. Our structure and setup which has built in training hours also allows for clinicians to train and learn while also gaining valuable experience in how to create and grow in their clinical work! We will also help you to find your own niche and begin specializing in what matters most to you. We hope to provide you with a unique training and learning opportunity to help you become the best clinician you can be. We work Mon-Thurs and take Fridays off.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical therapeutic services to patients through individual therapy (no group therapy required).
• Work to meet patient needs effectively and resolve individual issues
• Maintain accurate and timely records of paperwork
• Carry a caseload of 24-28 clients per week
• Attend weekly meetings which include training & staffing time & supervision
• Work on enhancing and growing your clinical skills through personal growth goals and other training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Looking for qualified individuals who are have completed school and obtained a CSW license. Trained, or willing to train, in EMDR, CBT, EFT and other therapy modalities. This job will build quickly to a full-time caseload.
• Staff meeting attendance is required.
• Hours: Flexible, within parameters of client needs, create your own schedule.
• Some Telehealth, mostly in person sessions
• Salary: $35.00 to $45.00/hour DOE and potential. Bonuses are available based on your caseload. Training funds and paid holidays are available after caseload maturation. Investment options and HSA contributions also available for full-time workloads.
