Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) or Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC). The CSW or ACMHC will provide individual, family, and group therapy services to individuals with mental health diagnoses. The CSW or ACMHC will also collaborate with other providers within the practice to ensure optimal care for each client.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Current, unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) or Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) in Utah
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical services to individuals with mental health diagnosis
• Demonstrated expertise in providing effective individual, family, and group therapy services using evidenced-based treatments
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and insurance billing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bilingual skills, such as Portuguese, are preferred.

Pay Rate: Starting at $35/hour
