Thriving Hearts Therapy is a new and growing practice offering teletherapy services to those living in the state of Utah. We believe therapy takes heart– a courageous commitment– to find healing within yourself. We are passionate about creating safe and supportive spaces for individuals to share their story.  We are looking for a like-minded clinician to join our team who is passionate in supporting clients on their unique journey forward. We work a lot with parents of medically complex children and strive to aid in offering support to parents as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and parental caregiving roles.

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician to join our team. As a therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct teletherapy services to individuals in an effort to promote their emotional and mental well-being.

Responsibilities:

• 100% remote, offer direct teletherapy services online
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique situations and goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to address a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-worth, perinatal mental health, and other mental health concerns.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities and intervention techniques to promote effective and positive outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in a timely manner
• Conduct regular progress reviews and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed in Utah as a Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, etc.)
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
• Ability to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for clients.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
