Job Summary:
Saltwater Wellness Counseling is seeking a therapist to join my team. I am looking for one or two clinicians to work with individuals and/or couples. Clinician’s can work in office and/or remote - option to be fully remote if desired. I provide weekly supervision to work towards your hours to be licensed as well. Duties:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches (work with 10 - 25 clients a week)
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions
  • Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in therapy and counseling

Experience:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, MFT or Counseling
  • Valid Utah state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses/disorders
  • Access to Telehealth compliant work area including laptop and private internet access

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
