The Office of the Salt Lake County Sheriff Employee Survey Report
Study Dates: 2010 Study Description: The Office of the Salt Lake County Sheriff contracted with the Center for Public Policy Administration and the Utah Criminal Justice Center at the University of Utah to conduct a survey with employees. The work began by conducting a number of focus groups with employees to determine the style and types of survey questions. The University partners then created the survey, surveyed Office personnel, and analyzed the results. This report provides detailed analysis of strengths of the Office, as well as opportunities to improve.
