Study Dates: 2008 Study Description: This study examines the relationship between sentencing statute changes and the prison population in the State of Utah from 1988 – 2007 for Felony Sex Offenses, Driving under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
