Independent Audit of the Utah Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission’s (JPEC) Judicial Evaluation Process
Study Dates: 2013 Study Description: UCJC was asked to provide an independent, third-party audit of the judicial performance evaluation process for the surveys that will be conducted with attorneys during the summer of 2013, and a limited, retrospective evaluation of the on-going process with jurors and court staff.
