Study Dates: 2002 Study Description: This report is an evaluation of intermediate sanctions and specific possibilities for the State of Utah. It should be noted that the majority of the information presented in this report represents an evaluation of the literature available about intermediate sanctions. No empirical study was performed in order to produce the information presented in the paper.
