Description: This session introduced healing-centered qualitative interviewing strategies designed to support resilience among participants with complex trauma. We explored approaches that prioritize safety, empowerment, and relational trust while gathering rich, meaningful narratives. Drawing on trauma-informed principles, the presentation highlighted techniques for reducing harm, fostering agency, and honoring lived experiences in qualitative research with vulnerable populations.
