Interventional Psychiatry Training
There's a quiet revolution happening across the mental health landscape. Standalone talk therapy is giving way to a new model of care that combines powerful medicines with targeted integration therapy.
Numinus, also known as Stella Mental Health, has been at the forefront of innovation in delivering Ketamine-based treatment protocols within the state of Utah. Our training team is committed to training the healers of tomorrow based on our powerfully effective approach to treatment.
We are open to training CSWs who want to be part of the new wave of healers. Ideal applicants will have good self-regulation skills and will be adept in holding space, supporting healthy regulation in others, and delivering insightful, individualized, trauma-informed care.
Our team of dedicated, Utah-licensed providers can support several full-time, salaried positions at a competitive rate of pay.
In addition to gaining the hours required for licensure, our CSW team members will gain a deep understanding of how to support psychedelic integration in the "window of neuroplasticity" following Ketamine treatments. And as we expand this service, we will increasingly support other biological treatments with talk therapy.
If you train with us, you will learn how to help people prepare for, and make meaning of life-changing emotional shifts and insights through our innovative combinatory care approach.
Biological interventions that may be paired with integration therapy:
- Ketamine Therapy (IV and IM)
- Spravato (esketamine nasal spray)
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation
- Stellate Ganglion Block
- Medication Management
How are we different?
- Our use of the most innovative protocols, including breakthrough biological treatments like Ketamine therapy.
- Our combinatory care approach that fuses biological treatments with integration talk therapy (training the healers of tomorrow based on this new model of care).
- Our collaboration with medical doctors offers a unique opportunity for interdisciplinary treatment and consultation.
- Our emphasis on trauma informed approaches through each step of the treatment journey.
- Our short term therapy model which is designed to support rapid growth and meaningful change in a brief time frame.
- Our outstanding outcomes, which is uniquely rewarding to witness, for both patients
and providers:
- 84% of ketamine infusion patients report improvement in PTSD
- 82% of ketamine infusion patients report improvement in depression
- 82% of ketamine infusion patients report improvement in anxiety
- 86% of Spravato (Ketamine delivered via nasal spray) patients report improvement in suicide ideation
"Doing therapy after a patient receives Ketamine is totally different. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing your patients change in real time, as they let go of years of trauma and depression to embrace a future full of possibility and hope. Join us on the frontlines of innovation."
