We serve clients ages 12+ and offer individual, family, and couples therapy.
We are seeking dedicated full time therapists passionate about LGBTQIA+ mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
Job Summary:
Encircle is hiring Pre-Licensed Therapists (Associate Therapist) working towards licensure (CSW, AMFT, ACMHC). Therapists will provide LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy while working within a supportive clinical team.
Location: Provo, Utah (In-person & Teletherapy Available)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality therapy to LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and families.
- Maintain a minimum client caseload of 25-30 sessions per week (both in-person in Provo and tele-therapy)
- Timely documentation of client sessions in compliance with insurance and ethical guidelines. (treatment plans, notes, termination notes, intake assessment, no show /late cancellations fees, charge slips, etc. )
- Exceptional HIPAA compliance in all clinical work.
- Participate in team meetings to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.
- Support insurance credentialing in collaboration with the billing team.
- Engage in professional development to stay updated on LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and ethical standards.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure quality care.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
- Currently working towards independent licensure (CSW, ACMHC, AMFT).
- Eligible for licensure supervision.
Compensation:
- $42,000 to $54,000 Yearly DOE
- Encircle offers a competitive pay-per-session model, allowing therapists to build a flexible caseload.
- Pre-Licensed Therapists:
- $35 to $45 per clinical hour (DOE)
- $25 per non clinical hour*
- *Each completed session you will get 0.25 hours (15 minutes) of your non clinical rate for completing documentation
- 1.5x clinical rate for group sessions and 0.50 hours (30 minutes) of your non clinical rate for completing documentation.
- Potential pay range for 25 sessions a week on a 48 week work year is $42,000 to $54,000 not including benefits.
Additional Benefits:
- Full Time benefits (requires quarterly average of 24 sessions a week, averaged over
48 weeks a year).
