At DBT Network of Utah, we are dedicated to supporting mental well-being through the power of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Our mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based resources to individuals seeking to improve their mental health and emotional resilience.

DBT Network of Utah’s team has decades of experience providing psychotherapy and medication management services in a collaborative team approach, dedicated to providing accessible services through accepting a variety of insurance panels and providing a tiered-pricing student clinic.
