We are currently in the early stages of the planning process. Emergent Method, the consulting firm that has been engaged to navigate this process, is beginning to meet regularly with the steering committee to review research and begin planning for stakeholder interviews, surveys, and focus groups.

We thank you for your support in this process and your interest in the success of this plan and the future of the College. 

We are excited to announce an upcoming engagement opportunity to participate in the strategic planning process. On October 14^th, 15^th and 18^th,  Emergent Method, the consulting group working with the College on its strategic planning process, will be hosting focus groups for faculty, staff, and students to share about their experiences in the college and their ideas about its future direction.

• Tenured Faculty Focus Group: Oct. 14, 12:30 – 2:00 pm
• Pre-Tenure Faculty Focus Group: Oct. 14, 2:30 – 4:00 pm
• Clinical/Career-Line Faculty Focus Group: Oct. 15, 9:00 – 10:30 am
• Staff Focus Group: Oct. 15, 1:00 – 2:30 pm

We are excited to share that we received 76 responses to the faculty and staff survey, 125 responses to the student survey, and 185 responses to the alumni and donor survey. We want to thank all our faculty, staff, students, and external partners who completed the strategic planning surveys. This feedback will help to shape the College’s strategic plan!
