FAQs

Only the Mental Health Area of Focus is available for students in evening cohort. This does not limit the areas in which students can fulfill their practicum requirements or in which they can practice in their career.

The program begins during fall semester, which typically begins the third week of August. The program runs one cohort at a time and accepts applications once every three years. The next cohort will begin fall 2023, followed by fall 2026, etc.

Courses are held Fridays 5 PM to 9 PM and Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM.

Practicum (fieldwork) is completed on other weekdays in your general geographic area. The majority of practicum placements are during normal business hours. Evening/weekend opportunities are likely to be limited.
