Job Coach

The Work Activity Center is a non-profit service center dedicated to enriching the lives of adults who have physical and cognitive disabilities. We are seeking a full-time addition to our employment services division where we provide supported employment opportunities and job skills training. The Job Coach trains and coaches clients in the performance of their production work, encouraging them and assisting them in reaching their individual goals. The Job Coach inspects the work produced by program participants, evaluates their abilities, and assists them in their efforts to obtain employment. This is a rewarding opportunity to serve people in the community and assist with facilitating production projects that provide job skills development for our program participants.

Residential Apartment Lead

The Work Activity Center is a non-profit service center committed to enriching the lives of people with disabilities. We provide day activity programs and at-home care designed to promote independence and personal development. An experienced lead is needed to assist in overseeing residential services for adults who have disabilities. This is a great opportunity to positively impact the lives of the people we serve.
