We help build lives of meaning, purpose and recovery. We are currently hiring for a REACH Program Manager. The REACH Program Manager is responsible for overseeing our clinical justice, substance use disorder program entitled REACH, which stands for recovery, engagement, assessment, career development, and housing. We believe in supporting our employees and encouraging both professional and personal growth. You will help us to build lives of purpose, meaning and recovery in your daily activities by:
- Manages clinical services.
- Ensures that evidence-based practices are done to fidelity.
- Manages on-call duties for after-hours client support.
- Ensures that team members are following up with clients regarding attendance, drug-test results, and more.
- Oversees the coordination of court reporting requirements.
The REACH Program treats individuals involved in the criminal justice system who have been identified as high-risk for recidivism and have moderate to severe substance use disorders. Many of the individuals in this program also have co-occurring mental health disorders. The REACH Program Manager is responsible to oversee program development, evidence-based-practice implementation, and to provide leadership for the REACH team. The REACH Program Manager will be responsible for program outcomes, which include providing evidence-based services, helping participants obtain housing, helping participants obtain meaningful and stable employment, and reducing recidivism.

This is a full time position with benefits that include:

Rate of pay is $60,000 – $62,000 annually depending on experience.
This position will remain open until 7/22/16.
A Master’s degree and an active license in the State of Utah as a clinical mental health counselor, or social worker is required.
