About the Study:

We are currently inviting veterans and active duty military service members with chronic pain who are taking prescription pain medication to participate in this study. This study explores how a mindfulness-based program and group support therapy can help veterans and active-duty military service members with chronic pain improve their daily lives.

This study is being conducted remotely through the University of Utah, so you have the ability to participate from the comfort of your own home!

An initial screening will be done. Then, if the study is found to be a good fit, you will be invited to participate in the main study involving 8 free therapeutic treatment sessions. Participants will be compensated up to $270.

If you are interested in learning more about the study or finding out if you qualify, please give us a call at 801-599-2604 or email us at utahpainstudy@gmail.com.
