Looking to join a treatment organization that is focused on client progression and rewarding experiences for its staff? We're seeking to appoint an experienced SUDC or licensed therapist to engage with clients in both group and individual therapy settings.

Responsibilities/Duties:

The role will be primarily responsible for facilitating groups and providing individual therapy and will enjoy the reward of seeing clients progress in their treatment plans and in their recovery. The role will be based out of our West Jordan location.

The role will commence part-time with around 15-20 hours per week and increase to full time salary with insurance benefits

Specific job duties:

• Facilitate groups following our established curriculum
• Conduct individual therapy sessions
• Complete individual progress notes within 24-hours of session
• Assist with developing resources for clients
• Keep licensure in good standing & complete CEU’s as required
• Maintain total compliance with all HIPAA Guidelines.

Skills, Knowledge, and/or Abilities:

• Experience in substance abuse and ideally mental health counselling
• Empathetic & patient, to connect with and progress clients and assist families
• Strong engagement and presentation skills
• Strong communication skills with good listening and speaking abilities, able to preserve healthy group environments and direct clients as required.
• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and staff
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of clients.
• Strong computer ability and familiarity with EMR systems

Work Experience: Ideally 2-3 years experience, however suitable candidates with less experience are invited to apply

Minimum Qualifications:

• Substance abuse, social work or mental health qualification
• SUDC or CSW or LCSW or ACMHC or CMHC or LMFT
• Can work under licensed supervision

Commitment & Reimbursement

• Single location in West Jordan
• Part-time progressing to full time
• Hourly equivalent of $55k pa to $80k pa ($26 to $38 per hour) depending on quals and experience
• Up to $250 a month health insurance reimbursement (full time only)
• Up to $300 pa for CEU reimbursement costs (full time only)
• Up to $200 pa for license renewal fee reimbursement (full time only)
