Therapist

WayPoint Academy is a specialized boarding school of 36 students and is dually licensed as an independent school and residential treatment center. We are located in scenic Huntsville Utah. WayPoint provides clinical treatment and academic support to young men ages 12-18 whose quality of life has become marginalized due to the debilitating effects of anxiety, OCD, and depression. We are currently seeking a therapist to join our clinical team. Therapists provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as case management. Clinicians are trained in exposure therapy and work with the support of a multi-disciplinary team. Hours are generally between 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday.  Feel free to check out our website Waypointacademy.com.

LCSW supervision provided. This is a salaried, full-time position that includes benefits (PTO/insurance/retirement plan). We provide a significant amount of PTO so employees have the time to recharge and avoid burnout. Gourmet lunch provided daily from master chef. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
