Position: Bring your dog to work! Full Time Therapist in adventure and equine based private pay residential treatment center

Location: New Harmony, UT

Pay: $65-75K/ year DOE with full benefits, PTO, 401K, comp time

Work in the most picturesque location in Southern Utah, with views of Kolob Canyon, on a beautiful horse ranch. Your job is making a difference in the lives of teens and families - our small program helps girls ages 14-18 who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma histories, and self esteem. You get to be an integral part of their healing journey along with an incredible team of mentors, teachers, horses, dogs and cats! Heck, bring your own dog to work with you. Every day is dog park play day at Kolob. And did we mention adventuring with our students? Therapists get paid to be a part of regular adventure trips to whitewater rafting, canyoneering, scenic hikes, camping at the Grand Canyon, etc.

Life is more than sitting in an office or at a desk, we embrace the ACTION of change and healing.

We are a small program (12-16 students total) that is private pay, top tier treatment, with impeccable customer service and integrity. Our company has been around for over 20 years and we are considered leaders in equine therapy, attachment work, and trauma informed care. We are a small program that believes in compassionate relationships.

Therapist caseload is 7 students, doing weekly individual, family and group therapy. Experience with DBT, family systems, equine therapy and trauma therapy preferred, but we also provide training.

Must have master's degree and be licensed or en route to licensure. Supervision and training can be provided. Substantial pay increases at full licensure.
