Mental Health Therapist

Come join our team who provide a compassionate, individual centered approach to improving the lives of those on the autism spectrum.  We are looking for 1-2 therapists to work with individuals across the lifespan, who are on the autism spectrum to learn skills and strategies through individual and family therapy.  The treatment focus is often anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and gender identity exploration.  Our treatment approach is not ABA but is focused on the individual and their needs in the context of their developmental history.  For some clients, we do collaborate with ABA services and other mental health and medical providers.

We have openings for both part time and full-time therapists.  We offer a variety of benefits including flexible scheduling, competitive pay, liability coverage, health insurance, group consultation and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications: Psychologist, social worker, clinical mental health therapist.  We offer supervision for therapists who are not yet licensed.
