Mental Health Therapist

Balance Connection is a successful private practice located in Logan, UT. This position is currently a part-time position with the possibility of growing into a full-time position. Experience in treating anxiety, depression, addictions and social issues are examples of necessary counseling qualifications.

Responsibilities

The position involves a wide spectrum of services including intake assessment, diagnosis, ongoing treatment planning, individual/group/couples/family counseling, discharge planning, and coordinating with referral agencies to assist patients in continued care. Mental Health Therapists have scope to practice the evidence-based treatments they believe best for each patient.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university and an active Utah license (CSW, CMHC, LMFT) that allows them to provide mental health therapy services. Proficiency using MS Office as well as the ability to learn new software programs quickly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$45.00-$55.00 /hour for fully licensed therapists (dependent on experience)

Salary: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Self-determined schedule

COVID-19 considerations:

Currently we are working with both internet and in office sessions. Office settings are handled with the client wearing a mask into the building and room, being seated 6 ft. away from the counselor, and the room being sanitized in between clients.
