Therapist Openings for Ogden and SLC

We are a small local company with locations in Ogden and downtown SLC looking to grow to match the needs of our clients and minimize the time that someone has to wait to see a therapist. Our priority is making sure that our clients have a positive and helpful experience. It is also important that our team works well together, and independently as well. We want this to be a great place for you to work and because we are small we have the flexibility to make adjustments and changes so it works for everybody.

Two Positions:

We are looking to hire two therapists, one for our Ogden location and one for our brand new office in downtown SLC. We are primarily looking for someone that will fit with our current small team of three. We are a company that gets many of our referrals from our current clients and want to make sure that we can continue to provide quality therapy. The positions are for a part-time therapist, with the option to move to full-time. You will be expected to see at least 20 clients a week for our SLC location and at least 10 for our Ogden location, doing a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions. The schedule is flexible on when you are in the office and when you work remotely, as you will get to set your own sessions for what works with your schedule. We work with a variety of clients from ages 13 and up. Essentially, it will feel like your own private practice where you don’t have to worry about any logistics like finding office space, billing, or credentialing. We are looking for someone who is licensed in the state of Utah or actively seeking clinical Licensure (LMFT, LCMHC/LPC, LCSW, CSW, ACMHC). Supervision can be talked about, if needed. This position is paid per session and will be very competitive if we feel like you are a good fit for our business. Our CSW’s are paid $45 a session, and full licensure DOE and if you’re already in-network for insurances.
