Clinical Supervisor

The Family Place Utah is seeking a full-time or part-time Clinical Supervisor (20-30 hours per week) to join our therapy team and help us fulfill our mission, “Strengthening families and protecting children.” Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.

Duties Synopsis

The Clinical Supervisor will supervise as well as provide individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and other specialized services. Ensures all services and interactions reflect trauma-informed care and The Family Place Utah mission and meet regulatory requirements. Leads multidisciplinary team and fosters wellness and a growth mindset. Includes supervision and direct services for strengthening families and helping victims of crime, including adult sexual assault, as well as those affected by other traumas. Oversees therapy support for the Kid’s Place and collaborates with other departments and community partners.


  1. LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or licensed Psychologist with 2 years of post-independent license experience.
  2. Passion for The Family Place Utah mission, “Strengthening Families and Protecting Children.”
  3. Bilingual (Spanish and English) and bicultural strongly preferred.
  4. Pass annual Background Criminal Investigation (BCI).
  5. First Aid/CPR certification; Food Handler’s Permit.
  6. Own transportation.
