Mental Health Therapist

At Topaz Healing, located in Trolley Corners in Salt Lake, we are looking to hire a contract licensed or provisionally licensed mental health therapist in the greater Salt Lake area who is excited about somatic approaches to healing + feels energized to work with folks who have a history of complex trauma!


  • Licensed or provisionally licensed by a State Board to provide therapy (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or similar credentials) in the state of Utah.
  • I+ year of experience (internship included) in therapy for adults, couples, familiesand/or teens + children.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Interest in somatic + trauma informed work.
  • Ability to effectively manage your caseload and schedule.
  • Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using Simple Practice
  • Participate in clinical consultation, training, and advance your knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for trauma and related issues.
  • Collaborate with other of providers to help develop and reinforce holistic care.
  • Remain up to date with liability insurance.


  • Free clinical supervision from SLC Weekly's Best Therapist in Utah 2022.
  • Hourly pay of $100 - $150 with a 70/30 split (employees receives 70%)
  • Office space and clinical tools provided.
  • Free training related to trauma informed care + somatic therapy.
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • Freedom to choose how many clients you work with.
  • Client referrals from Topaz waitlist.
