Midtown Community Health Center is currently hiring passionate behavioral health clinicians to join our team in Clearfield, South Salt Lake, and Ogden, Utah. Midtown CHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing a medical home to individuals and families in our communities who face barriers of geography, culture, language and economic or insurance status.

Families First Pediatrics is now offering mental/behavioral health services to patients and families in our primary care pediatric clinics for the following: emotional/behavioral/mental health challenges, difficulties with family or relationships, grief, stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger, emotional regulation, trauma, etc.

Reporting to the Associate Director(s) for Student Accountability & Support, Case Managers will assist with providing training, support, and guidance to members of the campus community in supporting students' success and well-being.

The Social Worker assists patients in meeting their psychosocial needs to facilitate patient adjustment to treatment, hospitalization or transition into the community after therapy.

The Social Worker position requires understanding of common ethical and legal issues in social work practice in health care settings.
