Outpatient Therapist

Looking to join a treatment organization that is young and evolving and rewards you well for helping change people's lives in recovery? We're looking to appoint a therapist to engage with clients in both group and individual therapy settings so our clients get the best support to assist them in recovery.

Specific job duties:
Facilitate groups following our multi-modal curriculum
Conduct individual therapy sessions
Complete individual progress notes within 24-hours of session
Assist with continued development of student curriculum
Maintain total compliance with all HIPAA Guidelines.

Skills, Knowledge, and/or Abilities:
Ideally experience in substance abuse and / or mental health counselling
Empathetic & patient, to connect with and progress clients and assist families
Strong engagement and presentation skills
Strong communication skills, preserve healthy group environments and direct clients
Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and staff
Ability to maintain confidentiality of clients.
Good computer ability

Minimum Qualifications:
SUDC or CSW or LCSW or ACMHC or CMHC or LMFT
Candidates can work under the supervision of our licensed Clinical Director

Commitment & Reimbursement
Single location in West Jordan
Full time or part-time positions available
 $50k - $75k pa depending on quals and experience
Up to $250 a month insurance reimbursement (full time only)
