Social Worker

Heart and Soul Wellness is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Clinical Social Worker (CSW).  We specialize in domestic violence, sexual assault, betrayal trauma, childhood & adolescent trauma, and addiction. We treat anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other related patient needs. It is our mission to help our clients aspire to their true selves by finding and creating balance with their mind, body and spirit! This truly is a place where life changing therapy is administered.

REQUIREMENTS: Currently be a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CMHC or CSW (or planning to complete the CSW exam prior to working).

Professional with strong clinical experience, possess strong interpersonal boundaries and be a clear communicator with an understanding of ethical responsibilities.

Dedication to making a difference in the lives of others. Interest in building clinical skills.

Experience in CBT, DBT, and trauma is preferred.

Caring, and kind to both clients and fellow staff members.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work with individuals, teens and children.
- Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history - Develop and execute individual treatment plans - Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress - Communicate client updates to all relevant parties - Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs - Maintain accurate client documentation
