Mental Health Therapist

Connections Family Wellness is looking for a licensed therapist to provide mental health therapy services, supervision, and clinical management in our South Jordan office in collaboration with InspireHealth Clinics.

You will have access to:

• clinical support staff to bill for appointments
• Supervision for licensure hours, if needed
• Flexible schedule (Must have 15+ hours available weekly)
• You choose your ideal caseload and the clients you most enjoy working with
• Work with fantastic clients ready to make change in their lives
• Work with a dynamic and creative group interested in learning, growing, developing their skills and helping individuals and families in their community.
• Suggest ideas, help create and market for groups you'd like to run or programs you'd like to develop to further your knowledge on how to work in and run a private practice.

The perfect candidate:

• Works well with others and collaborates well with a team, yet can work independently.
• Is familiar with evidence based modalities for treating common Mental Health Disorders
• Open to learning and always seeks to improve.
• Willing to connect and network/collaborate with local medical and mental health providers as well as our in office holistic and preventative health providers.
• Loves a challenge and is looking for professional growth.
• Wants to grow with our company and help build and contribute to the community.
• Has a Masters Degree or higher and is fully licensed to work in the state of Utah. (LCSW, CHMC, LMFT, LAMFT etc.)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
