Case Manager

Family Promise of Ogden is looking for a Full-Time Case Manager to help us provide services to homeless families. Qualified individuals MUST:

• Have 2 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Family and Human Development, Criminal Justice or a closely related field. Experience would be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong oral communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with a broad range of individuals
• Ability to set good boundaries and be able to carry out duties with minimal supervision
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Ability to prioritize all aspects of the job, display professionalism and leadership qualities.
