Positions are available in residential and outpatient programs, including on-line therapy options. Established in 2006 and now with 11 locations in the greater Salt Lake Valley, Turning Point has been serving adults in our local communities for both Addiction, Co-occurring Disorders and Mental Health treatment.

Job Duties:
• Complete bio/psycho/social assessments to determine level of care required, problem areas to be addressed and diagnostic consideration. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and continued stay reviews. Maintain clinical documentation including discharge summaries and instructions.
• Provide Substance/Alcohol Use Disorder and Mental Health therapy and treatment in accordance with best practices, policies and procedures established by Turning Point.
• Skills Training and Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services to reduce and eliminate substance abuse, maladaptive/hazardous behaviors related to substance abuse. Provide
services that develop appropriate interpersonal/social skills, communication skills and effective behaviors.
• Attend weekly feedback/supervision, monthly staff meetings, clinical training classes and workshops.

Licensure / Education Required:
· Master’s Degree from accredited college/university
· Current Associate’s level license (position will have supervision)
· Ability to utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for patient charting and medical necessity · First Aid Certification and CPR Certification
· Must comply with annual TB, Flu and Covid immunization policies: We follow all CDC guidelines Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
