Employee Assistance Program Counselor
This position is responsible for providing a full continuum of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to employees, family members, managers and teams.

Provide full spectrum of EAP services in person and virtually as requested in support of over 150 client companies
Work on program related projects and initiatives, utilizing individual strengths
Provide topical training to various employees
Provide effective management consultation to managers in support of employees and work teams
Schedule will be designed in conjunction with leadership; working hours are typically between the hours of 7:00am to -7:00pm, Monday-Friday
Provides brief, solution-focused counseling for individuals, couples and families including clinical assessment, case management, referral services (including insurance coordination), and follow up services.
Maintains client records according to EAP/HIPAA standards; proficient in utilizing internal documentation and scheduling system.
Participates with senior staff to provide crisis intervention services as requested.
Effectively covers minimum required Urgent Care hours as requested; able to manage variety of urgent/critical incident related calls from employees, managers and HR.
Salary is based on licensure and experience.
Strong preference for a candidate that is Bilingual and/or has a proficiency working with children.

Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.).
Clinical experience and interest in working with broad range of clients
Demonstrated ability to function in an autonomous work environment.
Experience in training and presenting
Demonstrated organizational and effective communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in responding to customer feedback from surveys and to client feedback.
