Transport Coordinator

ROOTs Transition, located in Park City, Utah, serves adolescent females 14-18 years old who have attachment, relational and/or developmental trauma utilizing a hybrid model of outdoor reflection and residential integration. ROOTs has a current opening for a part-time Transport Coordinator.

As a Transport Coordinator, you will transport and supervise students, and promote an emotionally and physically safe environment. You will be responsible for driving students to a variety of locations (e.g., doctor appointments and the airport) and accompanying them to various appointments and submitting written notes to leadership after each transport. You will also perform tasks, as needed, which contribute to the needs of the community (e.g., light housework).

Qualifications and Skills:
● Must be 21 years old
● Background in family studies/social work/psychology (preferred, but not required)
● Experience working with adolescent females (preferred, but not required)
● Customer service oriented
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Strong organizational skills
● Willing to work weekends and holidays
● Strong work ethic
● Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
● Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Salary: Starting pay range $15

Job Type:
● Part-time, hourly
● 15-20 hours per week
● Sunday - Thursday
● Flexible, based on student appointments
