Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist

Job Description:

Our long-established mental health therapy practice, serving all ages. has ongoing needs for licensed independent contractors: Psychologists, LCSW, CMHC or MFT. Leadership and/or partnership opportunities may be available. Therapists may be full or part-time. Our professional collaborative peers complement and support unique client needs and expectations.

Our center is located in a suburban area between Salt Lake City and Provo, Utah. We are adjacent to beautiful mountains and numerous recreation areas with vibrant cultural opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Therapists provide professional therapy services. Thjs includes therapy for individuals, groups, couples. families, and psychological evaluations. We will consider all areas of emphasis or specialty. Our clinicians have broad leeway as to work schedules. Exceptionally competent office staff manages appointments, billing, collections, etc.

Qualifications:

Applying therapists must possess unrestricted licenses to practice in the State of Utah. If a 
I icense is not currently held, our staff may supervise or facilitate access to appropriate supervision. Malpractice insurance is required. All applicants must be of good moral character, with strong knowledge of and willingness to abide by the ethical principles and code of conduct set forth by the governing board of the American Psychological Association, or other relevant professional organizations. Current participation with insurance panels is preferred, but not required.

This is a private practice commission model using a percentage of earned revenue. Possible annual earnings reach $130,000 depending on hours worked and other responsibilities accepted.
