Mental Health Therapist

Monarch Family Counseling is hiring for full time and part time Spanish speaking therapists at our South Jordan offices. The ideal candidate will be well rounded in their ability to provide services for a multitude of age groups and populations with preference given to those who also have experience in couples and play/experiential therapy.

Responsibilities include facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions, writing treatment plans, assessing and diagnosing, referring to community resources as needed, attending staff meeting, writing timely notes, complying with all state and federal laws, and maintaining confidentiality. In addition, employees are expected to attend community events.

Must be licensed as an LMFT, AMFT, LCSW, CSW, CMHC, or ACMHC. A Master's degree is required. Interns will be considered. Supervision can be provided, if needed.

Must be a motivated, self-starter, with good time management. Must also have good communication skills, knowledge of code of ethics, professional manner, ability to maintain appropriate boundaries, and be reliable.

Must pass a background check.

Must be drug free.

Pay is dependent on licensure.

Once at a full caseload, salary, PTO, paid holidays, health/dental benefits, short term disability, and other benefits are available including bonuses and gym membership discounts.
