Residential Treatment Therapist

New Haven is one of the top residential treatment centers in the nation for teen girls. We have a 25-year history of some of the most clinically sophisticated treatment programs that also involves a college prep academic environment for learning.

New Haven is a collective effort across four departments (medical, academic, residential & clinical)'all working together to ensure that our girls are provided with a safe environment where they can build meaningful relationships and develop core skills that drive both healing and growth. This healing and growth occurs not only with the individual students we work with, but also with the families. We strongly emphasize family healing and growth as we believe change in the family is essential for long term success outside of treatment. Our employees get to help create this lasting change for our students and their families.

If you enjoy making lasting change in people's lives and thrive in a team environment, New Haven may be a good fit for your career and development as a clinician. (Be sure to see our video below to see what impact you'll have on the lives our girls!)
