IOP Primary Therapist

At The OCD & Anxiety Treatment Center we offer Therapists an experience that allows them to become a specialist in the treatment of obsessive compulsive (OC) spectrum disorder (obsessive compulsive disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, trichotillomania, and excoriation disorder) and anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and specific phobias). We are one of the only clinics in the world that specifically train therapists for over a month before seeing their first client, which ensures that you as the therapist will have the confidence to effectively provide our specialized treatment. Therapists at The OCD & Anxiety Treatment Center continue to receive training throughout their employment by experts in their field who were trained by the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute, Behavioral Tech, and the International OCD Foundation. With low client caseloads therapists are able to give clients the attention and treatment they need to overcome their issues. Being a part of The OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center, where clients typically see a 50-70% reduction of symptoms in the short time makes working here both rewarding and helps with compassion fatigue that is too often felt in this profession. If you want to be a therapist with a clearly defined specialty and you value a culture of growth and support, then you are probably a great fit for our team. Fill out your application now!
