Individual Therapist

Wonder seeks therapist to provide home and community-based treatment centered on a holistic and integrative family systems approach. This position is located in Boston.

Our work with our clients focuses on relationship based support combined with an understanding of systemic needs including clinical, school, work and social skills.

A strong ability to work and communicate with parents is an essential skill for this work.

Therapists and coaches must work collaboratively with Clinical Team Leader and Parent Coach to provide support for the entire family. In addition to direct contact time, we pay our clinicians for case management/administration time and drive/travel time.

  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults and families providing individual and family therapy.
  • Strong ability to personally relate one-on-one with each client and build solid relationships.
  • Experience with crisis response.
    Experience working with experiential modalities in a community based setting preferred.
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Counseling.
  • Must be flexible in scheduling which may include off-business hours, including after school, evening, and/or on weekends.
  • Flexibility to travel; driving for meetings at client homes and for activities.
