PACT Clinician

Provides primary support for clients and families with addictions and persistent mental health illnesses

  • Ongoing assessment of clients’ symptoms
  • Provide direct clinical services
  • Provide service coordination (case management)
  • Responsible for treatment goals
  • Support and educate clients’ families
  • Advocate for clients’ rights and preferences
  • Conduct holistic and comprehensive assessments
  • Provide transportation to clients
  • On-call rotation for crisis intervention/support
  • Document client progress
  • Master’s degree in relevant field
  • 5 - 7 years of prior experience
  • Post secondary school education and trainings
  • Must be licensed or certified to work in the field
  • Abide by a code of ethics
  • Have skills to establish trusting relationships
  • Have a valid driver’s license
