Social Worker/Clinical Manager
The Utah Infertility Resource Center is a growing nonprofit organization that provides education and support to those struggling to build their families. The counseling program provides low cost individual and couples counseling, group therapy and a variety of educational and training events. This is an exciting time for UIRC as we are growing, and our clinical program is in need of a motivated dynamic leader to assist in the implementation and evaluation of an expanded program. The Clinical Manager will oversee all tasks necessary for the successful management of UIRC’s clinical program including but not limited to: provide counseling services for individuals, couples and groups, maintain client records, supervise counseling staff including contract counselors, interns and volunteers, create and implement training programs, and create curriculum and make presentations at educational events and trainings. Some evening and weekend work. Hours are flexible. Position can grow into full time hours. Compensation dependent on experience and training. Master's level therapist required while an LCSW, CMHC, LMFT preferred. UIRC is willing to provide and pay for training for infertility and EMDR if candidate is willing to become certified.
