Journey Home is a small residential step-down program for students transitioning from another residential or wilderness setting. As a sister program to Solstice RTC in Utah, Journey Home is specifically designed for girls ages 16 to 21 years old who have successfully completed a therapeutic program, and for one reason or another, returning to the home is not the best option for them. House Parents supervise and act as role models for residents in the program. They ensure the provision of a physically and emotionally safe environment, adhering to all programmatics, schedules, policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. If you are a team player and feel you have what it takes to make a difference, we would like to hear from you.
